REFUNDS AND RETURNS
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us immediately via the email displayed above, providing as much information as possible, including date of payment, order reference etc. This will allow us to expedite your issue. Alternatively, our ‘Contact Us’ link would be suitable for this purpose.
* Please note: A refund will only be considered in the case of goods that are damaged or not fitting the description as advertised.
You will be kindly requested to return the item to us as soon as possible, but necessarily within 30 days of initial delivery in order to comply with our returns policy. It should be in the original condition and packaging. The returns address, to be notified, will be in Rome, Italy. Once received by us, you will be provided with a progress update by email at each stage of the process.
Provided the above criteria is met and the issue deemed to be valid, we will be happy to issue a refund of the full purchase price and a credit will be duly applied via the original payment method. We are also happy to refund the standard postage cost of return. This process should not normally take long but please be aware that a few working days may be required for the transfer to complete.
